Nutmeg State Nutrition was founded in 2007. Since opening our first location in Hamden, Connecticut we have continued to grow exponentially throughout the years. We now have locations in Milford and Guilford, Connecticut.

After following a diet for years, we wanted to provide others with a more affordable alternative to expensive medical weight loss programs. Our non-medical weight loss program offers similar results at a fraction of the cost.
